I am awaiting a blog written about when you cook for a lovely family whose name starts with “H” and rhymes with “Ickman”…hee, hee…But I figure while our visit as a whole would be lovely, you would have to mention how your youngest was terrorized by our youngest, and I’m not so sure I want to you write about that.

Random question…what kind/brand of red wine do you use when a recipe calls for it? Also, what about dry white wine? I’m sure I’m using whatever’s cheapest :) and would love to know what you use.
