Wow, that was great! Made it last night and went ahead and included the prosciutto and chicken with cheese gnocchi as well because I don't know where to find good ravioli. Loved it!

I love your substitutions. Prosciutto is one of those things that makes everything good. By the way, you'll have fun reading my next post. Remember Stone Soup? It was a great way to use up some of (nearly) everything we got from the share last week!

That depends on whether you're using it as the main course with plenty of cut-up chicken, or as a side dish. As a main, it would easily feed 4 adults; we had half of ours left over and that was with three kids and two adults.

Thanks for the great recipe! I made a version of it tonight. Inspired by a trip to Spinelli's Market, I swapped gnocchi for the ravioli, and put in a few slices of their yummy prosciutto instead of the chicken. It was a hit with the whole family, even my normally non-squash eating 5 year old.

You provide a lot of inspiration with this blog - thanks for the new ideas!
